Do I need to warm up my servers?

No. Cold Mail Server uses pre-warmed infrastructure. You can start sending immediately after setting up your domain and mailboxes. There is no ramp-up period.

Is my sending environment isolated from other customers?

Yes. Every customer gets a dedicated, isolated mail server. Your sending reputation, IP addresses, and deliverability metrics are completely separated from every other sender on the platform.

What is the Unibox?

The Unibox aggregates all inbound replies across all your mailboxes and domains into a single unified inbox. Instead of checking 50 separate inboxes, your team sees everything in one feed.

Will you ever ban or suspend my account for sending cold email?

No. Cold Mail Server is purpose-built for outbound cold email. We do not ban or suspend accounts for sending legitimate cold outreach. This is our entire reason for existing.

How does this compare to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Google and Microsoft are general-purpose email providers that regularly disable accounts used for cold email. They also charge per mailbox ($7–8/mailbox/mo), which becomes expensive at scale. Cold Mail Server is built specifically for outbound and does not charge per mailbox.
