How Cold Mail Server provisions mailboxes

ColdMailServer guides marketing teams through setting up a dedicated sending domain in Main Outreach. The workflow starts on the Domains page, where the user selects Add domain and enters the outreach domain in Add New Domain. The form explains that DNS records point to the ColdMailServer server and optionally allows a forwarding address for received mail, overriding the server-level forwarding address. Selecting Add Domain registers the sender and makes it available for DNS verification. After submission, the domain appears in Domain inventory with Pending status, 0/4 DNS records verified, and sending Disabled. The user can review Email Logs to search sent, received, queued, failed, bounced, and warmup traffic by sender, recipient, subject, date, status, or warmup mode, then return to Domains. From the domain row’s Actions menu, the user continues DNS verification and enables sending after all required records pass.
